When these are required, please order them separately.
(1) The maximum flow volume is the open flow volume when the head is 0m, and the maximum head is the shutoff pressure.
(2) The specific gravity limit of the liquid used is 1.3. However, it is 1.1 for 2S, 3S, and 150N. It is 1.2 for 220N.
(3) The viscosity range for the liquid used is up to 30 cst.
(4) The temperature range for the liquid used is 0 to 80, and up to 60 for SL-10S, 20S, and 20.
(5) Using liquids that contain slurry will shorten the life of the pump.
(6) No-load operation is not allowed. However, the FD type only supports no-load operation for 1 hr.

Features
Two types of PVdF (difluoride resin = 0 to 90) and PFA (tetra-fluoroethylene 0 to 100), which have excellent corrosion resistance to chemicals at high temperatures, for the main material that contacts the liquid.
PFA is substituted for the bearing material, so almost no impurities are dissolved in, so this is optimal for transporting liquid chemicals that require high purity.

"DRY-MONITOR" Unloaded Operation Prevention Unit (Special Accessory)
ELEPON DRY-MONITOR is a device that prevents trouble by immediately stopping the pump when unloaded pump operation is detected. This unit is controlled by the motor current, so no special equipment needs to be installed in the pump or piping, etc.
No need to worry about the wiring from the pump to the operation unit or about anti-explosion, etc., because these can be installed inside the operation unit.
Unloaded operation, shutoff operation, and cavitation can be prevented by setting the current setting value from the pump stationary value (specifications point) to an arbitrary current value when the discharge side is shutoff.
Further, the AC device and number of AC device windings (number of conductor passes) can be changed and the unit used even if the pump capacity or motor capacity changes.

Features
The completely corrosion resistant liquid contact parts come in a wide variety of types for use with a wide range of liquids.
Standard units can handle viscosities up to 300 mPa_s. High-viscosity specification units can handle up to 2,000 mPa_s. For slurry liquids, for example, up to a 10% concentration of slacked lime can be handled.
The compact design features less parts, and maintenance and inspection is easy. Hose connections and flange connections are also possible.
The small capacity pump (Models CR-1N to CR-3N) uses a planetary gear two-stage reduction mechanism, and medium- and large-capacity pumps of 200W or more use a worm gear reduction mechanism to provide long-term worry-free continuous operation.
The discharge volume can be manually adjusted regardless of whether the pump is running or stopped.

Back pressure regulating valve A backpressure regulating valve must be installed on the discharge side when a reciprocating fixed-volume pump is used under the following conditions.

1. For differential back-pressure:
In other words, when the intake side pressure is higher than the discharge side pressure, the pump's check valve does not have a check effect in the feed direction, so the liquid flows with a natural head regardless of pump operation.
2. When the differential pressure difference is less than 0.03 MPa
Generally for fixed-volume pumps, when the differential pressure is low at under 0.03 MPa, the overfeeding phenomenon occurs, which causes the determinability (reproducibility) to degrade. In this case, install a back pressure regulating value set to 0.05 MPa or more to stabilize the discharge flow.
